Define Investment Strategy, Mission, Geography, and Sectors

We have an initial meeting to hear about your needs. In this meeting we will learn about your company and how we can best work with you. On the financial side, we’ll talk about your investment strategy, sector focus, diversification needs, and investment size, along with investment structuring and reporting requirements.

DUE Diligence Funnel

After defining a time horizon, we will start our deal sourcing process based on agreed upon criteria. We will conduct initial due diligence and upon your approval we will proceed with deep due diligence including team, financials, technology, and other parameters with the help of our internal team and expert network. After our feedback, you can decide whether to proceed with the investment or conduct your own internal due diligence. With sourced deals, we will send bi-annual reports on all sourced deals.

 
 

Deal Structuring

Depending on your need and resources, we can assist with sourced deal structuring of term-sheets through closing, from pre-seed to Series B.
