Prior to Jemm Ventures, Jenny Belotserkovsky and Michal Tavrovsky built the largest Jewish entrepreneurial startup hub, Jews For Entrepreneurship, an organization that they founded in 2009 and has hosted numerous (over 100) tech events and programs in San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, Boston and Tel Aviv. Among its programs are the Series A Pitch, geared for Israeli startups raising their Series A, as well as JFE Accelerator, a 2-3 month accelerator program for pre-seed startups with top Silicon Valley and NYC technologists. Over 120 startups participated at JFE events, ranging from ideation stage to mature companies raising their A rounds.

In 2016, they launched Jemm Ventures Accelerator as a separate entity (not related to JFE Accelerator) to focus exclusively on Israeli B2B startups.

Jemm Ventures  is the next progressive step in their vision. It is not an accelerator program. It's venture focused on restructuring and fundamentally improving a startup's operations and revenues.

Jemm Ventures startup preselection advisory team consists of experienced technology leaders and investment partners at Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, August Capital, and Bee Partners.
